LGBTQ+ Ally

Leaders in the workplace and community who serve as key allies to the LGBTQ+ community through recognizable LGBTQ+ advocacy efforts. Through community involvement and ERG’s, they serve as role models within the LGBTQ+ community and strive to promote inclusiveness within the workplace.

Criteria

Demonstrates high visibility in the LGBTQ+ community due to advocacy efforts
Fosters communication to drive understanding and awareness of the LGBTQ+ community
Contributes to the promotion of broadening civil adoption and/or cultural acceptance of LGBTQ+ equality
Supports the LGBTQ+ community in shaping a future where everyone can live authentically out & equal
